There's no question the Chinese are interested in SDL. The only issue is their willingness to pay 57c/share, cash.
Hanlong is not a state owned enterprise which means they do not = China. It is naive... frankly delusional to assume so. The state banks loathe the idea of handing out their own money to private business, let alone someone who will probably just squander it all overseas.
