Possibly; I've hedged my bets, because I've got shares in IMF and SGH as well.
Thing is that whether the result of the cases is win, lose or settle (the most likely outcome) shareholders should get something out of it, and I reckon they deserve to. So do the lawyers in this situation. There's a lot of work just in unravelling how much shareholders might be entitled to. It makes my brain hurt to look at the Oxiana/Oz trades on my list from that period when I was desperately trying to salvage something from the train wreck.
