I too have been impressed with management from day 1 with them responding to my queries, whether it be via phone or email within the same day or the next. I do have to take my hat off to NS.

I also like the fact that management maintain its emphasis on the Hawsons JV whilst having the business ability and foresight to expand its portfolio through acquisitions, shown by the recent acquisition.

Just feels like todays trade is desperation buying with people not wanting to miss out on any announcements or potential opportunity with this CAP.
