Basically exactly the same coal tenement valuation I posted on this forum a couple of months ago - sourced tenement sales with the same characteristics during my research. Makes the company a prime takeover target. Watch this space, everything is looking up - the tide has turned. Len just wasn't cutting it as a CEO - his current position is well suited to him.
