Your comment made me think: The technical results are overdue, maybe talks with potential partners are going too well; and they want a takover instead of an offtake agreement? This could be partial or full.
These are my guesses about the situation:
I do not think they would change their website just before a takeover, why would they do that? Their communications are not that smooth, I remember a newsbulletin not so lang ago about a new water well (lol). The website is not as nicelooking as the colbatblue-logo on their official reports. Why do you think a new website is a sign of a takeover?
If a takeover were emminent, shareprice would be skyrocketing already. On the ASX, shares tend to rise before major news is published.
In short, I ask myself what's going on. I hope they'll remain independent untill the factory is operational. I think if cobalt-quality is great, at this (before building the site) stage, the company is worth at least $250M; (x2,5 current price).
