    GRY's investment in PIR is looking very nice right now.
    Their PIR holding is currently worth $31.3 million to GRY now.
    A gain of around $17 million so far.

    Interesting to see if GRY hold for an eventual T/O of PIR, or simple sell once they for when they need the money to assist with project development?
