this should accelerate the the placement to HK company share price at $3.84 hit $3.89...and they can buy placement at $3.60.....Oceanwide would be kicking themselves now.......
can only expect better things to come once the cash is in the bank....they have till Dec 16 to pay up...or the available shares would probably be sold at a higher price to anyone waiting for a big holding.....
now we have crossed the $3.60 proposed placement mark i'd think any furthur buybacks will be held back for now.....
love the ratio of buyers to sllers...and the way the buyers swoop in when a good sell volume appears.....
