Impressive things about BTH, page-104

I'm giving them until the AGM at EOM to release a business update which will hopefully contain information regarding the control transaction, still 3 weeks to go. If we hear nothing between now and and AGM itself, I will likely assume any talks have faded away into thin air.

Pretty disappointing outcome thus far as its been dragging on for almost a year now. Since the update of the data room established for due diligence for offers in the best interest of shareholders and the language used around that, one would have thought an update/offer would have been out by now.

The year has consisted of two offers at the 80 cent mark, followed by one of the worst cap raises / deals with regal ever seen. As much as I hate to say it, the share price deserves to be in the dumps. Management are clearly playing a game of smoke and mirrors.
