Its a fact that property prices have stabilised there are lots of LPTs over capitalised provisioning for worse times than what we experienced. (Cash rich)
What are they going to do when they start to revalue their property in the next reporting season. They will eventually end up with no debt not a good way to run a business so they must
-give back money to shareholders in the form of a div,
-buy back shares,
-takeover other undercapitalised companies that will be revaluing their properties.
I think we will see lots of M&A in this sector Valad is a standout for being taken out in the coming months probably for NTA 16 cents.
I can understand selling at 10.5c as you are making 5% but why sell for 10c, beats me?
