I say probably their opening tag on the deposit as 'low grade' may have contributed to the negative sentiment. After all, that is a relative view because the low strip ratio and very high extraction percentages of ores made up for the lower grade ores in terms of cost.
The announcement today definitely is the green light from management that this project is going ahead and economical.
