I wonder why Ratty decided to give up on AHZ. It seems very odd to commit to 1.66m new shares and then start to sell down your stake in the company. Unless doesn't have the money to pay for the shares.
I'm surprised that Minderoo stopped selling and Ratty started. I wonder if they there is something going on there.
