According to this well informed link, MGX have new rail freight arrangements which means they can complete 3 return trips per day. The problem has not been the ability to mine the product, rather getting it to port.
Instead of one train doing the loop, they now have two, means faster turnarounds. (That is the way I read it). Significant news.
