The underlying fundamentals for commercial and office property are on the improve IMO, so I am either missing something, or this is a great buying opportunity in VPG at current sp. I already have plenty but being tempted to take another plunge.

- ISPT looking to buy into Westfield Doncaster
- Future Fund doing due diligence on Waterfront Place in Brisbane
