BOZ there are laws to follow, specifically Continuous Disclosure in the listing rules. Having to come to HC means that CD is not sufficient. It is an attempt to silence criticism at the source. A weekly or monthly transparent release to aSX is the correct legal route. Questions answered here to a small subset of investors by the Chair and Vice Chair is very very dangerous!!
It sounds like a nice idea but what about all the other investors shareholders or not who don’t see this. Think it through mate!
