With respect to Phillip and his best intentions, shareholders can only be informed to the extent that information from the company is made available to ALL shareholders via the approved channels.
His commitment to provide “regular monthly reports” is, in reality, the best that shareholders can hope for otherwise phrases like insider trading come to mind.
I am positive that Phillip is fully across all this so shareholders should respect his limitations.
As a general comment I seriously doubt the wisdom of any senior person of a publicly listed company, particularly a board member, participating in a public forum such as this.
