at the end of the day they need some sort of catalyst to get the price above 18 cents. Otherwise there will be no takes in the SPP.
On that basis, I would expect some sort of clarifying statement to be released by the company.
Probably not bad buying at any price below 17 cents on the basis that such a statement would have to be forthcoming- one would think..........
