we aren't out of the woods yet but its good to see regardless. no idea on price action but can only hope a buyer has been made aware of IMR's strong fundamentals and liked what they saw.
i'm hoping to hear news on FDA soon. earlier in the year, management confirmed directly with me that the approval involves a lot of back and forth and that discussions with FDA are continuing as planned.
so reading the tea leaves here: a rejected application will have been / will be disclosed to the market.
