You told me last night to look at CVI as apparently this is their "MO" and they didn't short to manipulate the stock but used spoofing trade with other MM, where is the prove that you stated this is their "MO"???? I couldn't even find information whether they had any CN and warrant arrangement with that biotech stock so how is this their "MO"???
And like I told you previously, if they want to push the pps lower to 2c before the clinical trial updates then I would take advantage along with other LT, traders and ST which is why it's an illogical strategy for them to do this as they are giving the opportunity to sell the shares when they convert them at 4.75c provided further positive clinical trial updates released in te next 5 months.
I'm not sure what your point is around the "Change of Control", if the clinical trial updates are poor then IMU is done so who cares about the warrants.
