This is a biotech start-up stock and it's all about the clinical trial updates, none of those links you provided mention stock which CVI arranged CN and warrant and then shorting the stock, you said this is their "MO" and confidently stated this last night so I guess you don't have the information and yet made that statement.

Again, why wouldn't CVI just trade on further positive clinical trial updates in the next 2-5 months with at least a bagger (more likely 3x) return on both the CN and warrants, them shorting the stock in this period before the clinical trial is illogical.
