Nothing to surprising about this. It's just those taking a pessimistic bet on IMU tanking hoping to profit at the expense of the optimists.
They are taking a risk here just like all other investors. Their position prices it down, well the optimists prices it up. If your an optimist the pessimists present a nice chance to bag a bargain. Of course they would like you to wonder yourself into being a pessimist and join their club.
