Hi J, I think the shorts suppressing price by filling any buy order that comes its way at the 4c 3.9c level hence we are here I'd say the shorts have alot to do with the capping of price plus imo it's in the whale shorts financial interest to keep prices suppressed any cap price from run away situation as a rise will destroy them if they have been accumulating their short here.
