"a reasonable person" would consider great early patient's as very very promising, but would view them with a little caution - as there might only be information on 2 or 3 sufferers.
The market, with a bit of press backing, is normally not reasonable at all.
They have given continual disclosure, by the fact that LC has declared that the patients are "doing great".
