Generally speaking, the CAR-T process is extremely expensive and time consuming, but has shown to be quite effective.
In-terms of Chimeric TX, I believe the tech could be quite limited in the range of cancer's it can treat. Money can certainly be made, but it ain't no IMU 2.0.
