To an extent I understand your position on the SP, But IMU have had discussions with Big Pharma, You want the SP to be as high as possible when you go the table with them. Other than a few incredible buy outs most are a premium of between 50% and 200% that of the SP. Me I like the SP to be as high as it can be with a huge MC to boot.
