You may be right Zior but I've seen no indication from the company that they have any plans to make another announcement in the near future to further explain this transaction.
They justified this deal as providing a long runway for their existing clinical pipeline and to purchase complimentary assets in the future should attractive opportunities present. Doesn't sound to me like they have anything in mind at the moment.
And as for the notion that having particular shareholders on the registry carries some sort of prestige that justifies a 33% discount, that is clearly BS in my book.
