Hi mate yes absolutely there may be something cooking in the background, which I suspect when the annual report was published was the case with a planned CR. The timing is suspect that he made that statement whilst discussions were being held in the background as $80m is not a small investment.

I have a hunch that L1 is an investor and an aquisition is coming and your third paragraph will come into play. Again, just another speculation (as not much on today) but this CR is part of their overall 'group' strategy.
