I think the timing of this CR and lack of any real reason other than a repeat of the "long runaway" analogy, which on their wording was "planned", so soon after a very clear and explicit statement on the financial position of the company to continue in its area of operations, requires a better explanation just like they had to do when they botched the Merck announcement and we all paid the price of the markets reaction to that uncertainty.
