Hi Bav, and forgive me if I'm wrong but that was Merck paying a premium for 'PH's' viaralytics, the IMU CR could be used for a ('PH') purchase (or maybe a collaboration). This would suggest that PH can negotiate a deal in my mind, look at his track record, the man seems to be a financial, structural and recruiting genius! He has been around the traps and would not have taken the $80m without the best deal/s being on the table, the timing has caught all out which to be only suggests another TH is coming.

Hi Mrdingo, I think you have noted some points there that are a major part of what is being done behind the scenes and could be something closer to home. I have highlighted structural above and will come back to this should the TH come.
