If IMU is successful in Azer-Cel why would they sell manufacturing plant which was not bought long ago. When they bought, they were telling market that they will generate >1B revenue/year. They have to sell with loss on Azer-Cel deal. We'll know from quarterly how much money they have already brunt and how much left in the tank.
As I said, I'm not selling but anyone buying at this level should be very careful.
