Today feels a bit like an ordinary auction day in the Sydney housing market.
You have been to so many auctions and have been outpriced by other bidders.
IMU is like Sydney housing market, no matter at what price you get in, you are going to get better returns tomorrow.
We haven't even had any announcement yet, so best chance for the side liners to jump in before any announcement is made.
