That seems like a reasonable assumption l reckon .
Those huge sales of big Pharma could be under threat .
On the other hand there may even be a new player ....who knows ....a bit like an Elon Musk ...or " Tesslar " in the oncology arena ...pushing the new technology .
Valuations could go right off the charts .
