the company is obligated to announce market sensitive information unless they can rely on a limited exception. If they come into information about their trials it is extremely likely that they have to disclose unless there is a hold placed by the FDA but even then that is very unlikely to be an exception under ASX rules. They cannot sit on trial results essentially.
