Viralytics was bought by Merck for $500,000,000 which is more than IMU's current market cap minus the cash. Ridiculous!
Viralytics had one oncolytic viral product in phase 2 that was ok but eventually shelved by Merck. If you're looking for a valuation basis then this seems like a good comparison to me. IMU's BCell platform and HER-Vaxx are both significantly superior to Viralytics CAVATAK on their own. SIGNIFICANTLY! Then there's CF33 which could be the new standard of care and could have FDA approval within 12 months.
At this price it seems to me that at the very least you'd want as much IMU in your portfolio that your risk appetite can handle. Personally I'm committed in a big way, I'm backing this team and cheering them on and making no apologies for it. IMO DYOR!
