No. Any offers would likely be conditional upon being confidential and subject to unanimous board approval. The BOD have to be convinced it's in shareholders best interest. If BP came along today and opportunistically said we'll give you 12 cents a share the BOD would rightly tell them their dreaming and the offer would never see the light of day.
We voted in the BOD to represent us and they have much more experience in these matters than I'll ever have so until they receive an offer that they think is in shareholders best interest we'll hear nothing. IMO.
I'd love to know what the BOD think the company is worth BTW, both now and after potential FDA fast track approval. They'd never tell us and nor should they but would be very interesting.
