I'm from WA. it wasn't not a public holiday here yesterday.
I had no idea the market was closed until I checked my portfolio and noticed my shares were exactly the same price and %'s up/down as Friday afternoon. that's when it clicked that the market wasn't going to be open on the Monday because you east coasters had a public holiday.
If simpletonne is from Sydney then he should have known... but if he's from WA I think we can cut him some slack..
