Who says, 3.6b shares is just to many on issue? The market capital is what counts and IMU MC is still only AUD120m/ USD82m. Very easily digestible to any Big Pharma.

In my mind, the two day trade volume signals some serious usual activity, perhaps:

1. New fund manager/s entering positions or existing FMs topping up;
2. Insto’s including big pharma taking a stake ahead of good results and potential deal;
3. Serious FOMO setting in with retail and wholesale investors; or
4. Leaking of future good news... Her-Vaxx phase 2 is open label after all.

Or a combination of the above.

Combining this huge surge in volume with a 44% in the sp (over two days) is likely to bring even more new eyeballs assessing IMU as a potential new trade and/or investment.

According to HC, IMU was the: (refer attached)

- 3rd best GAINER for today; and
- 5th MOST DISCUSSED stock

If this unusual surge in volume and sp doesn’t warrant a speeding ticket from ASX, I don’t know what should. A Spending ticket can actually be good news....brings more attention (maybe some more media reports) and eyes balls on IMU.

The question to ask is, how many of the 470m shares were bought and sold in the last week? I suspect original volume is lower than 300m, lots of short term trading.

There's more like 5b shares in the market place when you factor in all of the new options and shares currently being issued.

At the rate IMU issue new shares/options they are more likely have around 6b shares on issue if/when its taken over.
