if you really participated in the CR with a substantial amount, are these 115m Against votes yours and are you the one constantly re-stacking the 0.9c sell line ?
What is your problem with the Chairman ? If he was so evil as you claim, why are then LC and AH still on board ? And why did you participate in the CR as a "useless" Chairman would have been a huge risk to get out with a profit?
IMU has achieved a lot for a small cap bio-tech company since restructuring, what else did you expect as you claim that the Chairman got no idea what needed to be done / achieved.
Maybe I am too stupid to see the danger you see but today's presentation paints a great picture.
