yes my recollection is the same as you have outlined, the cancer can swell and expand before finally reducing, so that is a big part of the reason why the currant 1B trial might be too short to draw conclusions from regarding whether or not a meaning full outcome can be established, so that could be why at this time we are not hearing any information about patient outcomes, but then again at this time we can never know what enlightenment a future announcement could shed on the currant 1B trials.
