I am quite surprised at Sirtex getting a counter bid. I wouldn't have thought that they were that attractive. Interesting it's from a fund and not a pharma.
With imu it'll be completely different imho. If imu's drug works as well as they expect (and I think it will) every pharma and his dog will want it. There could be bids and counter bids all over the place.
My guess is that the first offer will be a big one, with enormous milestone payments or royalties. They will want the board and large holders to fully back it.
Such exciting times coming imho. Keep hold of those shares! At worse you could lose 100%, but you might make 100x.
