I didn't really like seeing the close below .395 today. If we see a close below .38 its showing some abandonment of hope. Alternatively, a close above .44 is pretty bullish. .38 has 4 strong touches previously. Seems a good point of direction change, up or down. Which is why I put emphasis on the .38 price.
