I am putting a post I put on the Multibagger thread here as I feel many new posters on the TA thread don’t read much else. I realise this is the Chart thread so won’t litter after this and hope we return to proper Charting soon.
I have mentioned previously that I feel that PH and his Board and EMT have structured their strategy very purposefully. The alignment with various leading specialists and hospitals around the world and in turn strategic alignments with research partners who all bring something so vital to each equation and now we see alignments with various Big Pharma partly as insulation to possible takeover depending on the terms of their engagement and partly to obtain free medication to contribute to particular trials. IMU wants to maintain control and avoid one entity taking complete ownership and control for the protection of the IP. Looking at how they have structured things is a lesson on magnificent corporate chess playing. It is a true testament to PH as the key thinker supported by his team. There is great depth to this company.
