Obviously that the market then and now was interpreting things differently, which is not surprising. Then big pharma was about to takeover and now at least apparently not so soon. I wonder if the disposal of large parcels of shares by insiders was the conformation of that. After all, if big pharma was indeed about to move in then it would not make sense for insiders to take profits.

Of course, that those that gotten free-carried, will later on come to regret it, or so we hope. But what is life without hope?
