Do patterns repeat? Compare first red circled area where doji bar gave way to a strong BUY (blue) signal two bars later. In second red circled area, the could be (in my eyes) a similar set up taking place with today's doji. Note this is a weekly chart (and one daily bar does not a weekly make).
Just my thoughts.
