I define biotech start-up as one where they don't have regulatory approval for their core products so the market doesn't know the real MC valuation of the company, hence why IMU's MC has halved since the market is correctly seeing IMU as still a biotech start-up which is in the clinical trial stage and didn't value this stage as worth double the current MC, easily double with further clinical trial results.

I've never part trade biotech start-up or mining explorer stocks which I'm very positive about the market of the products or potential MRE but you are right I might need to try to do this in the future given the global political situation and macroeconomic to a certain extent.
