The sp can fall down to 0.1c theoretically. How low it really goes depends on the fear caused by the Putin-War. Forget charts and consider the current financial pain is just a small burden compared to the suffering of the Ukrainian people. Should we ever get attacked or impacted by radiation IMU's sp would become the least of our concerns.
Anyone afraid, get out. It will get worse before it gets better. Too many of those dictators currently combining forces.
