So trying to dig through some info:
study description:
patients will be dosed on day 1 and day 8 of cycle 1. (not sure how long a cycle goes for, if anyone can find it).
first patient day 1, 18/5/22
day 8, 25/5/22.
In the Mast study description (announcement) it's says the Dose limiting Toxicity (DLT) is 21 for monotherapy (which is what they are doing first) and I believe the 21 days, is from the first does.
so if day 1 is 18/5 then day 21 will be 7/6. so hopefully if I'm correct there should be any update mid June about the first patients. I say patients because, I think they will do this first dose trial on 2 patients, one administrated IT and one IV.
Happy to be corrected if I've over looked something.
