Probably not a good strategy to sell short at this point with the trend line breakout & stochastic oscillator deciding it's had enough sleep and gets out of bed.
The pointy end of the blue line is the average price paid per share for the last six months so the bulls are bidding the price up to near the 26 bar weekly value mark.
The aim is to get above the blue line for now.
imo dyor not advice.
