Well I guess you can make it look like one if you're creative but I have to ask.....why?
Personally I don't rate them as a technical play at all. So many other technical indicator plays currently far more reliable and accurate.
C&H's is what you use when having a nice coffee while reading about TA. Your task today..... read up on support/resistance levels.
