I'm inspired to learn more TA, so I'm hoping you can help confirm my logic; and if I've misinterpreted could you please correct my interpretation?
To identify an uptrend both are true:
1. Price > 20EMA & 8EMA
2. 8EMA > 20EMA
To identify a downtrend both are true:
1. Price < 20EMA & 8EMA
2. 8EMA < 20EMA
I'll stop there in case I have the logic wrong (baby steps).
