Sure. Wise to raise now at 20c if you think that you won't be able to raise at that level in a few years time after you've burned through your existing $50m bank balance.
You'd hate to be in a position of not being able to pay your generous executive salaries if you still haven't managed to generate any revenue internally.
Having an extra $80m in the bank certainly takes the pressure off management.
